TresVista Partners with Elimentary to deploy AI Agents for CFO Office Operations

Multi-year partnership combines Elimentary's purpose-built AI technology with TresVista's financial domain expertise, with initial agents already live across fund reporting and operations.
New York / London - October 19, 2026
TresVista, a global enterprise delivering advisory-led solutions through technology, managed services, and AI-enabled execution, has entered a multi-year partnership with Elimentary, an AI-native platform purpose-built for private and structured credit operations. The partnership brings Elimentary's agents into select TresVista's fund administration and FP&A workflows, with initial agents already live.
Together, TresVista and Elimentary are developing AI agents tailored to complex private capital workflows across Direct Lending, Structured Credit, CDOs, and CLOs. By combining Elimentary's AI platform with TresVista's domain expertise and understanding of client workflows, the partnership is designed to reduce manual effort, improve turnaround times, and enhance consistency while retaining human oversight and accountability.
Early results from the first live deployment
Elimentary's agent ran a reconciliation for a quarterly filing for the US-listed BDC. It covered 500+ checks across multiple filings and their supporting workbooks. Each reconciliation run fell from ~20 hours of analyst and reviewer time to just under 30 minutes and another hour for manual sign-off. The deployment reduced manual effort by approximately 90%, allowing reviewers to focus more of their time on validation, judgment, and oversight.
"In fund reporting, accuracy is non-negotiable, but achieving it shouldn't require hours of repetitive manual work. Elimentary's technology allows us to automate more of that work while keeping our teams firmly in control of review and sign-off. The result is more time for our people to focus on the judgment, context and expertise that create real value for clients. We chose Elimentary because it was purpose-built for the complexities of private credit," said Vishal Shah, Chief Product Officer, TresVista.
Elimentary was founded by operators from Goldman Sachs, UBS, Jefferies, Oracle and Flipkart and is backed by Y Combinator. Headquartered in New York, the company has more than 25 AI Agents in production across financial spreading, borrowing base, loan tape, surveillance, stratification, normalization and reconciliation.
"Operational workflows are the backbone of private capital, and they're under pressure as AUM grows," said Yogesh Gorjilla, Co-Founder and CEO, Elimentary. "Elimentary and TresVista together bring the perfect union of AI-led automation and domain depth to unlock efficiencies in the underlying operational workflows. We will reshape fund operations for private capital managers over the next decade, and we are proud to build it with TresVista."
The partnership advances TresVista's Enterprise Intelligence Orchestration (EIO) approach by embedding AI into operational workflows alongside domain expertise, structured review, and human judgment. It reflects TresVista's broader strategy of using technology to improve how intelligence is translated into execution across complex client workflows.
